LOST PET SERVICES
Trying to recover a missing pet can be very challenging. I often describe my work as the "Aerial Search" but it still requires an active search on the ground. I have had many successes working in conjunction with owners and pet search groups to help bring their pets home safely. Not all lost pet cases end the way we would want them but many of my clients have found the Lost Pet services to assist them in their search. See the Services/Lost Pet section for more information.

Our spunky Westie wanted to shake things up Saturday afternoon and tour the neighborhood un-escorted.
She bolted out the front door when it opened a crack and took off like lightning. My son clocked in his yearly allotment of running in under 2 hours as he tried to follow her. My husband jumped on his bike and searched the neighborhood and even rode on the golf course behind our house to find her. Henry and Rocco held down the fort at home being couriers of news to the neighbors. Me? I ran until I couldn't run anymore, then got in my car looking for my precious little white dog; hysterically of course. Our area has too many dead end cul de sacs.
Many kind strangers joined the search party and a caring Pottstown police officer checked in with me a few times.
After a tour of a high end neighborhood and a jaunt thru the golf course (from #5 to #8 which is quite a distance) our Scottish girl was found traversing a muddy creek.
So many heroes to thank especially Betsy Groscup Groller for her calm, quick action and her amazing intuitiveness. Betsy 'knew' the exact area where Nessie was and directed us there.

George Returns Home After 2 Months
Sometimes when working with lost pets, the information that comes through can not always be validated right away. It does not mean that the information is not accurate. I think when using this information be open to interpreting it, look deeper into maps and also consider expanding your search. When doing this it can lead to a safe return. This sweet kitty luckily was micro-chipped and found by a special rescuer who reunited him with his family. When I worked with them two months ago I felt George was alive but his friend Woody had passed. Obviously, I hope that Woody is alive. This has renewed the owner's confidence and they are continuing the search for Woody in the area George was found to find closure one way or the other. Below is an email I received from his owner.
"Hello Betsy, Just wanted to share with you incredible news! After about 2 months missing, we have our George back! He was found about 8 miles from here -across the canal! Very very similar area to one of your maps, but we were primarily looking on our side of the canal. A woman heavily involved in cat rescue got him, then took him to vet where he was scanned and they called us! What a miracle! I know you feel like my sweet old man Woody is dead...but I am really hoping you are wrong this time! We are really stepping up our efforts looking in that location. I wanted to thank you very very much for all of your concern and help. When I come across anyone in need of an animal communicator, I am going to strongly recommend you. Thank you. JoAnn"

Keely is found Safe!
Keely went missing after she got out of her fenced in yard with her 4 Paw friend Major. Major returned but Keely did not. Her owner searched everywhere she could think of for Keely but there was no sign of her. A friend of the owners asked me to work with Keely. I worked with her and provided some information as well as a map. I was shown that there may be some type of injury and that there was some association with a tree. The owner followed the map and eventually heard a faint bark. As she got closer she heard a whimper and then saw Keely trapped in a metal trap tied to a tree. Keely was injured but safe! The owner kept an opened mind and used the information as she would any lead and it took her to Keely. A wonderful happy ending for all.
Finding Lost Pets
I've had a number of clients tell me, "This isn't for the faint of heart is it?" When your animal companion goes missing it can be an emotional roller coaster until they are found. It is important if your animal companion is lost to make the necessary calls to shelters, veterinarians, groomers, animal control, etc. It is important to put up flyers as soon as the animal is lost. The flyers should have a reward posted on them to make sure that they get people's attention and should be secured in a plastic bag to withstand any weather conditions. If you feel appropriate, create search parties to assist in locating your animal companion. As you can see something as simple as your dog Buddy slipping out of his collar can consume your life 24/7. So you've done everything you can think of but then what?? Many of my clients have come to me after their pet has been lost for days, weeks or even months. They have turned to intuitive work and Animal Communication as a last resort when they have seemingly exhausted all other options. However, what I hope is that some day people will realize that at the time they are tacking up the first flyer they have already contacted an Intuitive Consultant to work with them. I view my work as an integral component in helping to find their missing pet. The sooner I can start working with them the sooner the owner may receive leads on where their animal companion is located. Anyone that works a Lost Pet case knows that some animals can be constantly moving and move far and fast exhausting physical efforts. That is where intuitive work can be very beneficial. It is not limited by time or physical constraints.

Murdoch is found!
I was asked by a devoted animal rescue friend who devotes a lot of her time to help people find their pets. She and I have worked on a number of cases. She contacted me about Murdoch. She said there were sightings but some were confirmed and some not confirmed. Initially when I worked with him, I saw a lot of guns and even one pointed at his head. I was not completely sure what that meant but shared with her that I felt he was near a gun range or hunting range. She shared with me that a dog matching his description was seen near a hunting range. So this information helped validate the sighting at the gun range. I also saw a lot of children playing outside and a soccer ball and felt that he might be near a park or school. He was eventually found near a High School.
There was additional information that came through that indicated he had some injuries on his left side. I remember seeing a leg kick and thinking at the time that he was perhaps kicked by a farm animal on his left side. Unfortunately as it turns out he was shot in his left leg. So as you can see sometimes the information requires some interpretation. That is why I explain to the owners or the clients I am working with to keep an open mind and to use this information to help guide you in addition to any other leads or sightings. I find that when it is used in conjunction with other information that it has the best results.

Sara's Amazing Journey
I worked with a very special owner and her amazing animal companion named Sara. Sara went missing in the middle of January when the car she was riding in was rear-ended. Sara jumped out of the back of the car and fled traumatized by what had happened. She ran for many days eluding her owner and all that searched for her. There were sightings which were actively followed up by the owner and dedicated volunteers. I was contacted on a few days later and explained my services. I could tell Sara's owner was unsure if it was a valid service. (Believe me I understand and can appreciate people being skeptical but I also believe and trust in the work that I do.) As with any service there are those that you feel connected with and others that you do not. So trust your instincts when selecting this type of service.
The owner booked a Lost Pet session with me. I worked with the owner providing leads through symbolic images, as well as actual pictures of places I was guided to that I identified on the map. The owner then took this information and along with the volunteers used this information to guide them to areas Sara might be. I cannot stress enough that it is important for the owner to actively search and use this information as they would any lead in their search. Actual sightings occurred in the area I was guided to but still Sara eluded being caught. About 5 days later, Sara was hit by a car. This was something looking back I was shown however as things can change quickly I did not want to focus the owner's attention and emotions on the 'possibility' that her beloved companion could be hit. The owner called me distraught and I immediately went to work connecting with Sara to determine if she was still alive and where she may be located. I was guided that she was still alive and in an area that the owner later confirmed she had seen paw prints and an area where it appeared Sara had been laying. One of the services that is provided when I work with a Lost Pet is to send Reiki to the lost pet. After talking with the owner, we agreed to focus sending Reiki to Sara. I felt the trauma of the first accident and then being hit by a car had caused her to become so mentally traumatized that she could not calm herself enough to stay in one place. While I still communicated with her and relayed any intuitive impressions I focused the sessions on sending Sara Reiki to help her 'heal'. This is where the AMAZING part of Sara's story really takes place. Sara was not killed in the accident, as she has proven she is not only strong mentally but physically as she continued to run for about 5 more days until she was found. I can happily say she was found by a good Samaritan in an area laying out in the open appearing to be asleep. It was in an area I was guided to and relayed to the owner. I feel Reiki helped Sara begin to heal and lessen the erratic behavior of running from place to place. It was a happy day for all. No one gave up on Sara and she never gave up on us! I do want to add that besides the services I offered there were many dedicated volunteers that gave much of their time to save this little girl. I am sure that Sara and her Mom Kelly are eternally grateful for their tireless efforts. I know that I am. What I want owners to take away from this story is that lost pets can be found. But it takes an active organized search on the part of the owner. When the owner uses the intuitive information that is provided as a lead to guide them in the search, in conjunction with other leads combined with their own instincts (as they know their pet the best), a happy outcome can occur. This is my Sara's story and how Betsy helped us in her search
My Pitt bull Sara went missing after the car she was riding in was rear ended and she jumped out of the broken back window. This story has taught me meany lessons. The reason she was with my best friend was because I gave Sara up to her on the 9th just two days before this accident. Now looking back there was not one good reason for me to have done that. I got the phone call from Michelle 4 hours after she went missing and everything went gray and my heart shattered! It was as if it was my child was missing ann I have 4 kids so it was unbelievably hard. I was at the location with all 4 of my children within 20 min of getting the phone call n we called for her for hours n she didn't respond and we did this for 3 days walking in the wooded area in search of her but came up empty handed. On the 14th my friend (Kim) helping me mentioned Betsy's name and said she had contacted her about Sara and that Betsy had said something bout planes, and swirling water, and that it could be symbolic. I knew I had to speak to her because Kim was not the only one who told me about Betsy. I decided on the 14th to email her my number and Betsy called me within the hour. I may sound crazy but this is the truth. I felt such a connection with her it was amazing I truly believe God put her in our life. When we were searching the area Betsy guided us to it was unbelievable where Sara was lost there was plane traffic and the creek had swirling water! She would send me maps of possible locations she could be with land marks and every time we would find her tracks There was no way for her to have known these things, she lives 2 hours from me!! Me and many others were out on a daily basis. On The 20th Sara was hit by a car! I called Betsy and asked her to please connect to her. Betsy called me and informed me of her possible injures, and her energy and wow she was dead on the nail. She remained missing for 6 days after that but I know she survived because of Betsy's healing! I kept a open mind n gave her all the info about Sara as I got it so she could help her. “It was late January when Katy, our beloved husky went missing. The rescue people involved recommended Betsy Groller to help with our lost pet case. At the time, neither of us heard of Reiki, but decided to give it a shot.
Both Betsy and the Reiki she sent to Katy was a “Godsend”. At a time when no one could physically reach Katy, Betsy was reaching her with healing, warmth, and love. There are two things I learned this July 4th: 1. Never set off fireworks in the proximity of dogs that are not secured in a place as far away from the noise as possible, and 2. Trust the skills of Betsy Groller and 4 Paw Reiki!
Two days after attending a July 4th celebration, including fireworks and a massive backyard bonfire, I found out that my friends had lost their newest precious dog, their 18 month old Saint Bernard, Sophie. One of the party guests had inadvertently let Sophie back outside during the fireworks show. She must have bolted unseen by owners and guests. These friends live in a very rural area. The back of their home opens onto a huge cornfield, there are lots of woods in very close proximity, and homes are sparse and typically on 2-10 acre lots. No one realized she had gone missing until they received an early morning phone call from a neighbor that she was in their garage. By the time they got there, she had been spooked and bolted again. And again, no one saw which way she went. A very hot Sunday passed without a sighting. I heard about Sophie on Monday and immediately thought of Betsy Groller and 4 Paw Reiki. I reached out to her and got an immediate response. She'd be happy to take the case! Upon connecting her with the owner and giving her very little information (just the home address and Sophie's name, breed, and age) Betsy was quickly able to identify the direction Sophie had traveled from the house. This provided the owners with an area to concentrate their search, which continued through all of Monday. On Tuesday, the happy phone call came ... someone found a Saint Bernard in their garage! She had wandered in through the open door and plopped down, exhausted. The homeowner had seen the posters plastering their road and made the call. Sophie was found! Through her skill and spiritual connection with animals, Betsy helps reunite lost pets with their owners. I don't know how it works, but I saw first-hand that it does!
